When Alana and Essiath came to the great western continent, they spent months searching for a good spot for a weyr. After what seemed like forever, they found the perfect location. The great twin volcanos they chose were only a mile from the sea and surrounded by mountains riddled with cave systems that would make perfect holds.

After teaming up with Z'ek, the rider of the last male to fly Essiath, they set about making their weyr livable. They offered large living spaces and even possible lordship within new holds. Soon the weyr was completed and the holds were under construction.

Now, two Turns after finding the site, Alana and Z'ek are planing the move into the weyr, still trying to draw in new riders. Along with their Weyrlingmaster P'alo, his assistant Callie and their new Jr Weyrwoman Rose, they hope the move and planned winter Gather will be successful.
